Gavin is one of the greatest players in the history of the Scottish national rugby team, and is affectionately known in the country as 'Big Gav'.
"I spent a few years away from Edinburgh in my 20s and returned having met a wonderful girl who is now my wife. When you meet someone you love and are ready to settle down, Edinburgh is the perfect place to do so. The city has an outstanding reputation for education and private schools. Being able to send your children to the same school you, your father and your grandfather went to is such a privilege – there is a wonderful sense of continuity about it. A place that's really close to my heart is Murrayfield Stadium, the home of Scottish rugby. To get behind the scenes take a stadium tour.
